Exchanges and returns

Please be very careful when trying on your pieces. If you wish to exchange them, they must be in the same condition in which you received them. If an exchange does not meet our standards it will not be accepted; in that case we will return the product to you and you will cover the shipping cost.

  • Refunds cover 100% of the garment price.
  • You have 5 days from receiving your order to request a refund.
  • Items must be returned unworn, unwashed and undamaged.
  • Once the piece has been inspected, we will contact you to process the refund.
  • Pieces with specific designs (made to measure or personalized) cannot be exchanged, as they are not part of the catalog.
